Focus on designs, procures, maintains and trouble shoots the equipment and tooling used to produce the products we manufacture as well as the equipment necessary to support the plant operations. His primary role will be to develop notch tooling and special equipment. 专注于用来生产我们制造的产品和支持工厂运作所需器材的设备以及模具的设计、采购、维护和故障检修。
? Manufacturing process support for secondary operations. 为二次加工提供生产工艺的支持
? Tooling development and tuning工具的开发和调试
? Work in project teams for improving working efficiency and process effectiveness (continuous improvement). 在项目团队中工作以提高工作效率和工艺效能（持续改进）。
? Responsible for new program implementation in our manufacturing plants from inception, through launch and supports changes post launch. 负责从工厂新项目实施，包括新项目最初到最终投产的整个阶段。
岗位要求：
1. College degree is required, prefer to engineering and mechanical major. 大学本科学历，工程和机械专业优先。
2. Master at least 1 CAD design software (Solidworks, Catia, Unigraphics…). 至少精通1个CAD设计软件（Solidworks，Catia，Unigraphics等）
3. A mechanical background with a strong knowledge of tooling development. 具有机械经验， 有过硬的模具开发知识。
4. At least 5 years of experience in a tool making plant or similar position in a manufacturing plant for automotive industry. 至少5年的汽车制造工厂或类似职位的经验。
5. A strong knowledge of notching process. 对工艺流程有较深的了解。
6. Good command of communication skills. 掌握较强的沟通技巧。
7. Discretion required in deciding.要求有判断力。
