职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.In charge of implementation of warehouse management, including the goods receiving & delivery control, FIFO, internal distribution;
负责对仓库实施管理,包括收发货管控、先进先出、内部配送。
2.In charge of logistics site lay-out planning and improve the implementation;
负责物流现场规划和改善实施。
3.In charge of monitor delivery, customer relationship maintenance, to ensure good delivery performance;
负责监控交付、客户关系维护,保证良好的交付绩效。
4.In charge of conduct periodic inventory, and analyze the differences and provide improvement plan, reduce inventory difference rate;
负责组织定期盘点,分析差异并提供改善方案,努力降低库存差异率。
5.In charge of internal and external packaging design and improvement
负责内外部包装设计和改善。
6.In charge of rack repair management, and package material order and management.
负责对料架维修工作的管理与包装材料订购、管理。
7.In charge of package proposal and quotation to other dept for new program.
负责新项目包装方案的制定和报价。
8.In charge of database of package maintenance and update.
负责供应商及公司包装信息数据库的维护和更新。
9.Other work
完成上级交办的其他工作
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in package design/logistics is preferred
相关专业本科及以上学历,包装设计、物流专业优先
Required Skills and Experience:
1.Know the packaging material special, can design the packaging by himself
熟悉包装材料及相关实验,能独立进行包装设计
2.three years or above experience in manufacturing environment.
3年以上制造行业从业经验, 2年从事包装方面工作
3.Warehouse、Planning、Lean Supply Chain work experience is preferred.
有仓储、计划、精益物流工作经验更佳
4.Team spirit

5.Good communication and harmonizing abilities
较强的沟通协调能力
6.Good English skills (Listening, Speaking, reading and writing)
较强的英语听说读写能力
7.Be accountable、efficient、logic

8.Individual package design with professional software, such as CAD/Pro.e/Coreldraw, etc.
