· auditing and development of supplier’s qualification process

审查并发展供应商资质认定程序

· in charge of choosing subcontractors, obtaining of quotations including monitoring of quotation deadlines

负责ERP采购模块的成功导入和顺利运行。

向亚太区采购总监汇报。协助苏州工厂及时完成采购任务。

负责分包招标，获得报价，监督报价最后期限

· realisation of technical and commercial comparisons of quotations

技术方面与盈利方面进行报价对比

· to participate in / to conduct contract negotiations with suppliers and sign the framework agreement

参与/执行与供应商的合同协商并签订框架采购协议

· close co-operation with project team and project controlling department in the German headquarters, follow up project schedule and assess subcontractor’s performance

与项目团队及美国总部的项目控制密切合作，跟踪项目进度，评估分包商绩效

· deadline monitoring of delivery periods

监督交货期限

· creating and implementing market-analysis for various commodities

对不同货品进行市场分析

· to make use of cost saving potentials

利用可能的成本控制

熟悉机械行业者优先。

Necessary education/professional experience学历及经历：

· Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历，

· at least 6 years professional purchasing experience in a mechanical/electrical engineering company with international orientation

6年以上机械行业采购经验

· negotiating experience and knowledge of Chinese Contract Laws and Regulations

合同法及规定的谈判经验及相关知识
