l 组织每日班组会议
l 管理班组劳动纪律和绩效
l 遵照生产领班及安全指导书的要求完成任务
l 确保需装配的材料和零部件正确管理
l 确保正确使用设备及工具
l 对每一个油箱进行质量检查
l 提高安全意识
l 工作每一步需要具有质量意识
l 在要求的节拍下装配油箱系统零件以达到客户的要求
l 保证工作环境的清洁、有序
l 支持团队工作以达到共同的目标
l 向生产领班汇报任何设备故障、不合格品质量或其它不符合规范要求的行为
l 应对不正确的使用参数造成的缺陷负责；
l 改善并持续改进工作能力及专业知识

任职资格：


Personal Background
l 3 year experience in a production line or technical school graduated

Skills & Abilities
l Ability to read written instructions and quality standard
l Physical requirement to stand for the shift duration
l Physical requirement of lifting and hand assembly
l Must be able to work in a team environment
l Must possess decision-making skills and take ownership of the process
l Must be able to work flexible hours depending on customer demand
l Ability to work in a fast paced
l Ability and availability to work unusual hours
l Must successfully complete all required training
