职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

? Assist and support Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and programs in portfolio level by leveraging variety of digital marketing approaches including online community, search engine (SEO/SEM), microsite, eDM, e-newsletter, etc. to promote Mosaic branding and leadership.
? Integrate digital/social marketing initiatives with all the marketing campaigns including offline event by aligning with prioritized solutions so that achieve 360-degree integrated marketing promotion.
? Oversees and manage portfolio level owned digital channels to ensure that they are optimized for the China market, i.e WeChat/Weibo/website/youku
? Develops and oversees strategic partnerships with relevant China online/digital sites and channels to drive brand/destination awareness and traffic to the portfolio in that city.
? Develop CRM strategies to offer more personalized experience and related initiatives to increase loyal customers.
? Prepare budget and evaluate relevant suppliers’ contracts on an annual basis.
? Assist and support Marketing Manager to develop and implement PR strategies
? Planning and execution of brand events, PR events, road show and promotion activities under the identified brand idea to actively improve brand awareness and preference;
? Build relationship with Key media and KOLs, to leverage the PR exposure;
? Develops and oversees strategic partnerships with relevant China online/digital sites and channels to drive brand/destination awareness and traffic to the portfolio in that city.
? Prepare budget and evaluate relevant agency contracts on an annual basis.



Key Skills Requirements/Qualifications:

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and project management experience in shopping malls preferred
? Good working knowledge on mall branding and/or media industry.
? Exceptional Chinese verbal and written communication skills, good English skills will be a privilege
? Strong and independent communication and negotiation skills
? Ability to work under pressure
? Bachelor’s degree and above 举报 分享
