2. 技校或中专以上学历，机械一体化、机械制造专业；
3. 熟悉机械原理及结构，能画机械图和看懂机械图，并能看懂电气图；
4. 较强的动手能力及丰富的钳工工作经验；
5. 较强的沟通能力，具有基本的英语口语书写能力。
