Area of Accountability：
1)Promote DIC group brand: Develop sales promotion and arrange for exhibitions to make DIC brand advanced
2)Marketing share: Support each sales team to expand market share with profitability.
3)Evaluate the market needs: Evaluate the customer needs accuracy, put it to strategy for product and sales.
4)Build up and maintain sales framework: ①Trainnig staffs to be able to perform sales actions based on regional sales strategy. ②Maintain sales framework to be able to practice regional sales strategy.
5)Market information: Develop collection and analyze Chinese market information properly such as market investigation, competition investigation and demand investigation, and put it into business strategy including new business field.
6)Achieve project target; Evaluate the problem from various directions of supply chain, and establish optimum structure to achueve target.
7)Communication and coordination between departments, provide suggestions and solutions, solve the problems constructively
8)Other jobs assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
(1)Education:Bachelor Degree;Major Printing or Chemical
(2)Job Experience:technical or R&D manager for package company for over 5 years. Have good experience to comuniacte with brand-owners
(3)Communication skills, Interpersonal skills,Good English, Self management under hard working environment and high pressure, Basic legal and financial knowledge
