职位描述：
1、Base the plant and the department target to manage the entire FND-plating ,including people ,equipment ,production,safety .
按照公司和部门的年度目标管理涂装部门，包括人员，设备，生产状况，安全的管理。
2、Plan machine and chemical solution maintenance in line with production schedule.
 Plan the chemicals consumptions,monitoring the chemcials usage status.
计划设备和药水的使用维护计划，计划化学药品的使用消耗量，监督监控化学药水的使用。
3、Lead in continuous improvement activities included quality, equipment and the chemicals.
领导部门全体人员参与持续性的改善，内容包括电镀线的产品质量，设备和使用的化学药品。
4、Manage the plating line ,waste water treatment ,brushing station ,plugging station，chemical lab ,chemical store room,oil store room properly.
管理好电镀线，废水处理，刷工件站，塞子站，化学试验室，化学品仓库。

岗位要求：
1、5years work experance in surface treatment 有五年以上表面处理工作经验。
2、5years work experance for managment 有五年以上管理工作经验。
