职位描述：
岗位职责
1、全面负责公司整装业务的发展计划和规划，对公司经营管理等各项指标和工作目标达成负责；
2、拓展公司整装业务，完成公司的业绩、利润指标；
3、负责各项外部资源建立、重要客户关系维护工作；
4、负责建立有效的内部运营机制，完成各职能部门的管理与协调工作，；
5、其他日常工作。
任职要求：
1、工程、设计或管理类专业本科以上学历；
2、五年以上行业工作经验，三年以上相似岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉整装公司运营管理工作流程；
4、优秀的的人际沟通协调能力；优秀的书面写作及表达能力。
5、工作认真细致，有条理、逻辑性强；
