The main missions of the role are:
1. Assit the Manager to formulate and perform Human Resources Management system, work flow and business forms; formulate and implement human resources aim, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee communication; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
协助上级建立健全人力资源管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,制定实施人力资源目标、计划及预算,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、培训、业绩管理、员工沟通等,确保有效支持公司目标的实现;
2. In charge of regularly organizing the analysis of employee capability. Assist the Managers to explore key people and potential employees, formulate and supervise individual development plan and successor development plan; Assist departments to develop existing talent and engage line management in people development.
负责定期组织部门开展员工能力分析工作,协助上级发掘关键人员及高潜质员工,协助制定并监督执行相应个人发展计划及继任者计划,协助部门发展现有人才并加强一线管理人员的人员发展的意识及工作;
3. In charge of implementation of training needs survey and analysis, assisting Manager to formulate Annual Training Plan and budget;
负责执行培训需求调查及分析,配合上级制定年度培训计划及预算;
4. In charge of implementation of Annual Training Plan including cross-check of training needs, survey before the training, curriculum design, training program implementation, training feedback and assessment, training effects follow-up, training report, ensure training effects;
负责组织落实年度培训计划,包括培训需求再确认、培训前调研、课程设计、培训实施、培训反馈及评估、培训后跟踪、培训报告等,确保培训效果;
5. Responsible for the development, evaluation and management of training resources, choose suitable training resources for different training requirement, and ensure the pertinence of training content.
负责开发、评估及管理培训资源,对不同培训需求选择适合的培训资源,并确保培训内容的针对性;
6. In charge of creating a positive learning atmosphere within the company, establishing an internal training system, encouraging and supporting the front-line managers to act as in-department lectures and performance conselors, assisting Manager to help internal Trainer to make self improvement; insuring the availabity of the training resources inside and outside the company;
负责在公司内部创建积极的学习气氛,建立内部培训体系,鼓励并支持一线经理作为其部门内部讲师及绩效辅导员的角色, 协助上级帮助内部讲师不断提升其自身水平,确保公司内外部培训资源的有效性;
7. In charge of implementation of new employee Orientation training, optimizing the content and training methods of the Orientation training continously, insuring the new employee can merge into the company smoothly;
负责执行新员工入职培训流程,不断优化改进入职培训内容及方法,确保新员工能够顺利融入公司;
8. In charge of supervision the implementation of the OJT training, responsible for collection and archiving training files, staff skills matrix, insuring the line-workers capability match the position requirement.
负责监督部门执行OJT培训流程,负责培训档案、员工技能矩阵的收集及存档,确保一线操作岗位人岗匹配;
9. In charge of organizing identification and updating the special position list, establishing the database, making and implementation the training plan for special position to ensure the effectiveness.
负责组织识别特殊工种岗位清单并定期更新,建立特岗证书数据库,制定并实施特岗培训计划以确保特殊工种岗位持证上岗以及证书的有效性;
10. In charge of implementation the Training Contract Management Policy, Signing and archiving the training agreement, arrang-ing relevant matters when needed.
负责执行《培训合同管理》规定,并按照规定签订培训协议,以及培训协议管理、存档及后续安排;
11. Responsible for the people development projects, like university-enterprise cooperation, apprenticeship programs;
负责人才储备及发展项目的协调、跟进,如校企合作、学徒计划等项目;
12. In charge of monitoring the training effect and training cost, under the premise of training cost control, insuring the employee behavior and skills improvement continuously to support the development of the company;
负责监督培训效果及培训成本,在培训成本控制的前提下,确保培训后员工行为持续改善、技能水平及素质不断提升以支持公司发展需要;
13. Responsible for establishing and maintaining training document system, reporting the training conditions to the manager regularly, responsible for the daily statistical work of training, and reporting the related statement to the manager regularly, monitoring the training target fulfilling.
负责建立并维护培训文件管理体系,定期向上级汇报培训状况,负责公司日常培训统计工作,定期上报相关培训统计报表,监控各项培训指标的完成情况;
14. In charge of the coordination when the requirement from internal/extenal audit;
负责内审、外审的配合工作;
15. In charge of organizing, coordinating the company-level meeting, round-table meeting, annual meeting; organizing and plan-ing various kinds of employee activities, such as birthday party and employee travelling;
负责组织、协调公司层面会议、圆桌会议、年会,组织策划员工生日会、员工旅游等各类员工活动;
16. In charge of implementation of employee satisfaction interviews, surveys, following up the implementation of the improve-ment action plan; enhancing staff satisfaction;
负责执行员工满意度面谈、调查、改善计划的实施跟进,提升员工工作满意度;
17. In charge of creating and maintaining the good company culture, as one editor of Roechling Intern Employee Magazine, be responsible for the collection and editing the manuscripts.
负责建设公司企业文化,作为员工内刊编辑小组成员,负责稿件征集、编写等工作;
18. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in HR management or business administration.
大学本科,人力资源管理或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际沟通能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
