职位描述：
综合部主管岗位职责
一、在执行董事和总经理的领导下，主持综合管理部全面工作;
二、负责公司行政管理制度的监督及执行、负责公司的成本控制（包括办公用品采购费/水电费/电话费/快递费/货运费的控制）；
三、落实员工薪资核发及福利金、奖金的正确发放；考核员工的绩效并提出改进建议，跟进执行；
四、负责员工的招聘工作（招聘渠道的推荐/招聘简历的筛选/初步面试/录用手续办理）；
五、负责新员工的入职培训（培训包括工作职责/公司管理制度/安全）以及执行规划员工培训；
六、负责起草公司文件、报告、编制资料以及公众号推文的撰写及管理;
七、管理公司重要资质证件，办理各项资质变更、升级、年审、年检工作；
八、负责安排公司的会议及活动;
九、完成总经理临时交办的其它工作任务
