职位描述：
> Maintain, provide and follow up on open issues of new projects and keep the plant informed of design changes before SOP
> Ensure effective internal communication via regular launch meetings
> Provide info/documents for production meetings
> Maintain close contact with customer project managers and other functions in CBSC (sister company)
> Communicate plant requirements or restrictions to customer project managers for optimized manufacturing, e.g. timing restrictions
> Coordinate the new project launch process in plant, including the plant related safe launch process
> Coordinate customer audits/visits during new project launching period
> Create internal project time plans for plant, and ensure all milestones in the time plan can be met
> Document all relevant project data and ensure its availability for all relevant dept. in the plant and for CBSC

通过投产例会确保有效内部沟通
为生产会议准备会议信息、文件
和CBSC（姐妹工厂）的客户项目经理保持紧密联系
将工厂的要求或困难反映给客户项目经理以保证最优化的生产，例如时间限制
协调厂内新项目投产流程，包括与工厂相关的安全投产流程
在新项目投产阶段协调顾客审核、拜访
为工厂设立内部的项目进度计划，并确保计划被按时执行
做好所有项目相关数据的记录工作，并确保厂内相关部门和姐妹工厂都能得知这些信息 举报 分享
