Mission of function
- Work as team leader function to provide facility maintenance, supervision and management, which involved in strategic planning & day-to-day operations
Task
- Establish GA long and short period facility / infrastructure maintenance plans & programs
- Inspect GA equipments (air-con system, elevators, air-compressors, ventilation system, dryer machine), new construction & projects
- Compose GA facility running regulation and implement with effective method to make sure all the facility are running in one effective way
- Prepare a variety of reports and documents for the purpose of providing necessary facility information to GA Manager
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or reorganizing current plant
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as the facilities arise?
- Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering and recycling
Knowledge
- be familiar with plant operation facility, including but not limited, air-con systems, air-compressor, elevators, ventilation system
- Wide knowledge of mechanical refrigeration, equipment construction and installation
Experience
- Above 3-5 years experience on facility
- 2-3 years experience at team leader level
Education and Language
- Bachelor or above
