1、公司及相关行业新闻收集，编写，并发布至公司官网；
2、开拓、整合、维护媒体资源，建立有效媒介传播渠道，提高公司知名度和美誉度；
3、公司微信公众号平台维护，发布包括公益活动、公司内部活动，行业动态等信息；
4、定期配合市场部活动做好相关新闻宣传活动；
5、上级安排的其他工作内容。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上市场、公关、媒体、政府工作或对外联络等方面的经验，形象气质佳；
2、拥有丰富的媒体资源，优秀的公关能力；
3、具备较强的沟通能力，有丰富的活动策划与宣传经验和较强的社会活动能力；
4、中英文写作功底强； 流利的英文听说读写能力；
5、具有房地产行业公关经验优先。
