职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities
1 Prepare and deliver lessons , offer consulting services, and guarantee teachingquality
2 Administer and check students’ learning progress, and test the students regularly
3 Prepare and carry out teaching tasks assigned by the Director
4 Stay current with latest trends, be familiar with the information of studying abroad and grade tests.
5 Attend internal teacher training and workshops to improve personal and teaching skill .

Requirements.
1 Bachelor Degree or above, Major in English, TEM8 or equivalent
2 Become familiar with the courses, proficient in professional knowledge and skill, related working experience is a plus.
3 Good pronunciation, fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of controlling the Classroom, have good interaction with students.
4 Good appearance and temperament, generous manner.
5 Overseas study or working experience is preferred.
6 Promotion channel (if you do your job well and have the intention to be a full-time English teacher)
