Job / Responsibility Description 岗位职责描述
1、负责客户的订单接受，并确认交货日期。
Receiving the Po from custom, confirm the delivery date.
2、定期查询跟踪订单完成情况，并反馈给终端客户交货进度。
Checking the Po of custom status, and updating the delivery situation.
3、向国内外客户提供产品包装明细，联系物流公司确认运输方式，制作装运单据，完成发货事宜。
Providing the packing details to domestic and overseas customers, booking confirmation with logistic company, make shipping documents, prepare the export customs declaration etc.
4、与公司内相关部门协调发货前的准备工作；将运输文件发送给客户，并通知ETA日期；
Coordinate with related departments in company before shipping, Email the shipping documents to customer and inform the ETA date;
5、提供客户要求的特殊单证，装运文件的归档整理，客户投诉及上级交办的其它事宜；
Provide the special documents requested by customer, filing the export shipping documents, customer complaint and the other affairs;
6、月结代理发票，录入系统，交财务安排付款；
Check the forwarder’s invoice monthly, enter SAP, provide the payment application list to Finance department;
7、本职位的其他相关及直属领导布置的其他工作。
All other duties as relevant to the post, and any others assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement岗位要求,
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS知识及技能

1、具备国际贸易或物流管理或相关专业本科以上学历，英语能读写即可；
College degree or above , good English skills both in writing and oral;
2、具有三年以上的物流及贸易相关的工作经验；
With 3 years working experience on logistical and business;
3、制作贸易单据,申请进出口货物证书的工作经验；
 Making the trading documents, apply the import &export certs.
4、有销售支持工作方面的经验。
The experience of sale support.
5、沟通技能；
Communication skills ;
6、熟悉SAP及办公软件；
Familiar with SAP and Office software;
7、独立工作能力；
Ability to act independently ;
8、关注细节。
