职位描述：
1、负责一手地块以及收购地块的前期尽调工作（EDD & TDD），并跟踪第三方尽调公司的进度情况
2、负责在工程管理部项目经理未到位之前的前期工程规划、审图和建设手续和报批、协调工作
3、协助本部门负责具体项目设计工作

任职要求：
1）本科毕业，7年以上工作经验，工程背景，建筑或结构专业为佳 ；
2）有大型项目前期报批和政府协调经验，熟悉政府流程和基本要求 ；
3）熟悉物流建筑、消防等基本常用法规 ；
4）有尽调工作经验为佳；
5）英语六级以上，熟练听写为佳；
6）熟练应用各类工程、设计、office软件 ；
7）有工程类证书或者PMP证书优先 ；
8）要求性格开朗，勇于开拓，业务熟练，诚恳热情，能适应频繁出差。 举报 分享
