职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 负责原料的采购，付款、货期追踪等相关事宜，维护好与供应商的关系。
2. 负责制作报关资料，监督进出口货物整个报关流程。
3. 控制好部门的各项费用支出。
4. 收集和整理部门日常运作数据，及时按要求制定各种报表；并做好各类文件的归档工作。
5. 及时了解海关商检等政府部门相关政策变化。
6. 配合其他部门，完成领导交代的其他工作事项。


任职资格
1. 大专及以上学历，国际贸易相关专业，有一定的英语基础。
2. 3年以上相关职位工作经验，懂信用证操作优先考虑。
3. 熟悉海关、商检法律规章制度，精通报关、报检流程优先。
4. 熟练使用电脑，熟悉办公自动化软件。
5. 工作责任心强，主动性强，较强的规划及沟通协调能力。
