职位描述：
1. Load and update the CIP projects into database in agreement with all related department heads.
2. Allocate and support champions and project teams to accomplish the project objectives.
3. To communicate between all levels the ongoing projects and ensure regular meeting to update the milestone planners.
4. To update the project timing plans, ensure the projects are moving forward in the right directions, and the projects are following the defined process for management and recording.
9. Generate awareness of the CIP procedure to all employees.
10. Conduct trainings to individuals on the CI and lean techniques to enable them to manage their projects the most effective way.
11. Make sure that the visual management of the CI projects are up to date.
12. To ensure improvements in one area of the business are cascaded to other areas of the business as appropriate.
13. To maintain awareness of new external developments within associated fields, and to look for areas where this could be applied within the plant (best practise, benchmarks).

Requirements:
1\Educated to a minimum of Batchelor Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
2\Several years of working experience in the automotive business
3\Experience in Operation & Supply Chain Area.
4\Experience in an international company
5\6 Sigma black belt is preferred.
6\Experience in all aspects of lean manufacturing.
7\Understanding of the plant specific production e***ironment.
8\Good organizational and communicational skills
9\Ability to lead a team, to communicate, assertiveness, skill in negotiations
10\Comfortable at presenting at both Management and Shop Floor level
11\Experience in an international company, preferably automotive sector 举报 分享
