职位描述：
She/he ensures data reliability in terms of information quality and relevance while working to defined deadlines. In this respect, she/he:

Information Processing Process

? Records assigned data and files in computer systems;
? Ensures the quality of delivered information while maintaining a critical eye on the validity and coherence of processed data and information;
? May have to conduct analyses and surveys in order to ensure information credibility;
? May have to respond to customer inquiries on processed files;
? Draws on and develops assigned tools;
? Alerts relevant managers in the event of missing or erroneous data;
? Ensures the implementation and compliance with the overall procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and E***ironment, within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.


Professional abilities:
? Rigor, effective working methods, respect for confidentiality, writing skills, good general knowledge, responsiveness;
? Command of office automation packages (Word, Excel);
? Proficiency in a foreign language is an asset.

Technical knowledge:
? Proficiency in field-related systems and procedures,
? Proficiency in one of management systems is an asset (SAP, etc.). 举报 分享
