岗位要求：

Previous experience in manufacturing planning, better if with complex process (internal machining, make/buy possibilities).

Ability to analyze orders / forecasts and develop resources requirements

Preferably, he/she has previously successfully performed scheduling and planning independently, ideally in project-based industry.

Must be able to work in multi-tasking environment, balancing the information flow from different departments in order to issue reliable delivery dates to sales offices.

Excellent communications skills to move confidently in the DCS structure, to deal with the other departments and other foreign Danieli entities

Previous experience with complex operating systems (SAP, Oracle, Factory Planner) is preferred

Good English knowledge

Good knowledge of OFFICE Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

岗位职责：

He/she consolidates with monthly frequency the input from sales (offers, orders, forecasts) into a database to be shared with central MacroP function.

Collaborates to convert the raw information into manufacturing workload plan for the Production Planning of the plant and for the Purchasing Dept., keeping the Project Management team updated

Constantly monitors the execution of the plan with focus on all the eventual delays/changes that need to be considered in order to generate new plan.

Highlights deviations from plan to Project Managers with detailed information

Highlights deviations from plan to the top management with proper reports

With input from the Plant and the Purchasing Dept. provides delivery and feasibility information to sales managers and to foreign entities

Understands and monitors the flow of orders through the several steps of the manufacturing in order to highlight necessity for improvements or bottlenecks or free capacity.

Work closely with Material Planning in order to optimize the management of the safety stock of material in warehouse

Continuous communications with the team members of the Business Unit, the Plant, the Headquarter and other Danieli entities..
