General Mission

任务概述

Business Unit controller will be focused on project control for each Product Line. This position requires to work in staff with BU Leaders (sales and operation direction), supporting them in controlling, monitoring the trend of job launched and verifying the result of the strategic decisions taken by them. It requires to analyse figures (including also structure expense), budget forecasting, issue reporting on monthly basis and make analysis on product. This position is critical in order to support and guide BU Leader for following the project execution.

Main Responsibilities

Analysis on:

COST CONTROLLING:

- actual costs for purchasing/ manufacturing;

- comparison between standard/target cost and variance analysis, splitted by Business Unit, Technology, Branchplant;

- causes analysis on costs’ deviations and to-go analysis in progress.

BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLING: Product Line Control (Long-Flat-Service):

- BU account (P&L, budget, actual and forecast);

- deviation’s causes vs. Budget;

- to-go analysis and estimation of engaged costs;

- extra-cost analysis;

- volume forecasting (intake, macroplanning, workdone);

- analysis and solution of the different accounting problems for the BU, control and finance.

Requirements

Good knowledge of English

Capacity to work in team and with Management

Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Access)

Preference if has previous 3 years above experience in job controlling and accounting
