职位描述
Resopnsibility:
1. Identifies training and development needs of employees by conducting training need analysis, performance gap analysis and active communication with business leaders of agencies and HR professionals.
2. Ensure training plan is agreed, budgeted and executed as agreed with wider management team regarding key focus and deliverables.
3. Performs an active role in communicating and training employees with China's value and principles.
4. Updates and conducts new employee orientation, designs and implements training courses for non-management employees based on training needs with the support from business leaders of Agencies and People and Development Director.
5. Facilitates core skill training, leadership, conflict management, recruitment skills, performance management and other soft skill training courses based on the result of need analysis.
6. Maintains records and contacts of training providers and their expertise/strength and previous performance and carefully evaluate them for efficient sourcing of appropriate vendors and training programs.
7. Proposes training contents and approaches for specific training and communication programs.
8. Evaluates effectiveness of training programs in regard to participant satisfaction, participant learning, and participants' change in behavior and job/productivity improvement.
9. Monitors the effectiveness and return on investment of all training and development initiatives.
10. Assess company's network resources and adapt appropriately for China.
11. Maintains employee training records.
12. Monitors the annual training spending and brings to People and Development Director and business leaders' attention whenever there is over spending or needs to revise the budget.
Requrement:
University degree on Human Resource Management or equivalent
Good English in both verbal and writing
Good computer skill, especially on excel
Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law and related regulations
HR work experience at least 8 years
Experience in muti-national company at least 5 years
Result orientation

Good communication skills and open mind
Be capable to work in a fast changing environment
