Our client is a multinational, market leading professional services firm with an enviable network of operations globally and in Asia. The firm is currently seeking to hire a high calibre HR professional to join their regional team in Shanghai
Business Partner / Projects Role-Regional Coverage
Reporting into the Human Resources Director for Asia, you will act as a HR business partner to the firm's Asian based population, spread across 6 offices. More specifically you will provide advice, to Partner level, on a wide range of Human Resources issues relating to recruitment, retention, performance management, leadership and organizational development, and compensation & benefits. There will be a strong project element to the role within the context of a change mandate. Some travel will be required.
To qualify, you will be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 8 years of relevant generalist experience with exposure to professional services. In addition to demonstrating the capability to work effectively with the business, it is critical that you possess outstanding communication skills and have the credibility and influencing skills to add real value. You will be required to be hands-on but also be able to think strategically.
