JOB SUMMARY: Provide general administrative and support to AVP and higher management
SKILLS AND TRAINING: Good time management and planning, take full responsibility, professional, proactive and assertive; good at computer & English skill.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Operational Assistance and Support to AVP-operations
Ø Overall management of operations development, assist and support AVP-operations in executing all the jobs and ensure accurate and timely feedback of all information from all the malls assigned in China
Ø Update, follow up and reminds AVP all operational concerns / matters to ensure that no delay of any project or item is pending.
Ø Coordinates and follows up with all malls on the status of AVP's directions / instructions
Ø Act as a center of communication, coordination and cooperation with each mall in China with different Department Heads to ensure smooth flow of work requirement
Ø Organizing meetings and planning business trips
Ø Follow up submission of Monthly and Quarterly Operations report for AVP's review and comments
Ø Arrange for AVP to conduct monthly meetings with all malls for operations report review and comments
Ø Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
Ø Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Ø Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Ø Manages day to day operational aspects of the mall which includes tenants, projects and others that is part of the day to day concern
Ø Ensures that documents are complete, current, and stored properly
Ø Monitors and reports expenses on a weekly basis.
Ø Manages and work within approved budget
Ø Analyzes profitability and revenue
Ø Delivers informative and well-organized presentations
Ø Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Ø Inspires staffs to attain goals and pursue excellence
Ø Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Manages the process of innovative change effectively
Ø Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative operational solutions
Ø Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and tenant relationships.
Ø Builds a knowledge base on tenant’s business, organization and objectives
