Job Main Responsibilities (工作主要职责):
Marketing officers promote a company's or client's products or services. She/he need to take responsibility in the Company Brand marketing and Production Marketing including the existing products, the new products to cater for consumers' onging demand, or developing new markets and areas for new products or services.
The Marketing Officer will perform the following tasks:
1 Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
2 Make marketing decisions regarding products (including packaging)
3 Work on market research and development of new product.
4 Determine an approach to pricing and set prices for products and services;
5 Making plan to develop and manage distribution channels;
6 Make decisions regarding the distribution of products, manage Company image or undertake direct marketing
7 Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion and public relations.
8 Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance in each of the core segment and the trend.
Job Requirements 具体要求如下：
- Education background: Bachelor degree must be in marketing or extensive marketing experience.
教育： 大学本科学历， 市场学、市场营销专业和丰富的市场经验.
- Language: ability to conduct negotiations in English
语言： 能精通英语
- Computer skill:proficiency in MS Office
电脑技能：熟练使用Microsoft办公软件
- Work experience: Minimum 3 years experience, be preferential if the candidates have worked in Industrial Consumption products area (Abrasives, Sanding/grinding belts, CBN, Alloy Tools, Surface Treatment or the others in Industry Consumption product areas...), and take the function in marketing activity .
工作经历： 具有3年以上外企工业消耗品行业市场部工作经验者优先（具有在磨料、砂带、砂轮、CBN、合金刀头、表面加工、或者工业耗材方面的从业经验者最好）;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to sell a vision
