Position Description
This position is to manage all finance, accounting, logistics, warehouse and company secretary functions for the China operations in support of an aggressive corporate strategy developed to achieve business and financial objectives.
-Evaluating and setting up key controls and improving work processes to support the rapid growing business
-Responsible for effective financial management, planning and budgets, monitoring disbursement and expenditure, strengthening internal controls as well as producing regular financial reports and analysis to management.
-Responsible for participating in ad hoc projects such as evaluation of proposed new business opportunities.
-Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to management team and corporate to support strategic decision-making process.
-Safeguard the company assets and ensure integrity of the financial processes and reporting by implementing appropriate internal controls with the company
-Responsible for management reporting, financial modeling, formulating budgets and forecasts, reviewing business performance, preparing variance analysis
-Manage logistics and warehouse issues and act as company secretary; liaise with legal team and external parties such as landlords, lawyers, etc.
-Perform project evaluation for existing and new businesses, feasibility studies
-Managing the upkeep of corporate governance standards and measures
Position Requirements
-At least 10 years' working experience gained from multinational corporations, preferably from the retail sector but not a must
-Strong analytical skills with budgeting, forecasting and planning exposure
-Strong personality and able to face pressure, able to make decisions in ambiguous environment
-Must be hands on, strategic and visionary and demonstrated strong leadership skill
-Excellent presentation skills and problem solving ability
-Individual with logistic, warehouse knowledge would be a great plus;
-Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
