Regional Director & the manager of InT department
工作汇报至区域总监和外事经理
Working hours: 40 hours/week
工作时长每周40小时
Model Instructor that maintains excellence inside and outside of the classroom. Behaves and communicates professionally inside and outside or work. Works within international teacher department management structure. Organizes and improves center operations and communication.
区域外事主管需要具有专业的沟通技巧。处理紧急问题不骄不躁,与总部外事部密切合作维护校区正常运营,并确保外教的稳定性。
? Teacher observation & center relations (30%)
外籍教师与校区关系维护
Regional supervisors will go to different centers, watch classes and communicate the feedback with International teachers, assessor, CD (Before it happens, they must get training from International operation supervisor)
区域外事主管将跨中心观摩外教常规课, DEMO。 并给予外教,督导,校长就如何给予外教专业的课评,外事运营主管需提前给予区域主管专业的培训
Regional supervisors will have weekly CD meeting, they need collect feedback, complaints of international teachers, then make the solution with regional director or the manager of International Department.
区域外事主管参与校长周例会, 搜集外教日常表现的反馈,并就解决方案自行处理。 如遇棘手问题, 需与区域总监及外事经理共同处理方案。
Regional supervisor will build relationships with CTs and other employees in the center to get good understanding of the working conditions of the center.
区域外事主管负责中方及外方员工关系维护。
Regional supervisor will have authority to approve regular teachers holiday. (above 3 days under 5 days)
Regional supervisor will have authority to approve regular teachers summer holiday during First Leap summer holiday. (1-10 days)
超过3天以上5天以下带薪假期及事假, 需要得到区域外事主管的审批。
暑假期间的所有假期,外事区域主管可直接批复。 1-10天
Regional supervisor will be responsible for schedule support and arrangement.
区域外事主管负责课表的协调与支持。
- Regional supervisor will evaluate assessors and regional assessor head performance every month
(cover100% evaluation for assessors 70%feedback from regional supervisor, 30% from data)
区域外事主管每月负责评估外教督导的绩效, 占比70%表现打分,30%数据搜集打分)
- Regional supervisor will help in the estimation of manpower situation of each center every six months. At the end of each month, data will be estimated for the next six months.
区域主管负责所属区域的外教未来每六个月的人力预测。
PS: 每个月末提交数据表, 内涵后六个月的人力预测数据。
? Regional Liaison (30%)

Regional supervisor will coordinate with training team about new incoming teachers to the city and will be responsible for how incoming teachers will be brought into the city and settle down. Such as opening the bank card, coordinating with apartment hunting, checking in accommodation in the local police station, offer loan for new teachers etc.)
区域外事主管, 与培训团队紧密合作,做好新外教落地及生活支持(例如银行卡办理, 协助外教找房,协助外教去当地公安局办理住宿登记, 提供心外教借款等等)
Regional supervisor will be responsible for the externalization of departmental events.
区域外事主管负责外事部,校区, 外教的工作外化,如其他部门需要外教支持, 区域主管将组织协调。
Regional supervisor will be mainly responsible for the cultural construction of international teachers and the maintenance of team stability.
Such as making sure renewal rate, reducing resignation rate, improving Internationals teachers’ working environment etc.
区域外事主管主要负责维护区域外教的稳定性。例如确保续约率, 降低离职率,提升外教整体办公环境等等
? PWED (10%)
Regional supervisor also has the right to enforce PWED, but they must consult International operation supervisor before they give the warning, and make sure they receive the training for PWED.
区域外事主管有权执行PWED, 具体PWED如何操作, 外事运营主管需要给予区域主管系统的培训如何使用PWED。
? Communication (30%)

Regional supervisor is required to be in communication with the manager of International department, assessors, Academic training supervisor, International operation supervisor, InT Dept. staff and InT teachers.
区域外事主管主要沟通对象为外事经理, 督导,学术主管,外事部成员,以及外教。
Regional supervisor will take charge for teachers' contracts renewal. International operation supervisor will train them.
区域外事主管将主要负责外教续约事宜。外事运营主管负责培训区域主管关于续约流程。
1. Performance review with assessors. (3 months in advance)
提前三个月与督导沟通外教的绩效考核和评估。
2. If the teacher is doing well, we can renew the contract. The regional supervisor will discuss contract break with the teachers.
如果外教可以达到续约标准, 区域外事主管将与外教讨论合同结束后的休息时间。
3. When contract break time is determined, regional supervisor will inform the International department manager through email.
当contract break时间确定, 区域外事主管将以邮件形式发送外事经理具体时间。
4. International department manager will draft contract, then send it to regional supervisor. When the regional supervisor gets contract, they will inform teachers to local HQ to sign it.
外事经理将起草合同, 并将最终版发送给区域外事主管。 区域外事主管将约外教去当地总部签署。
Regional supervisor is not authorized to dismiss anybody without mutual agreement with the manager of InT Dept.
区域外事主管在没有与外事经理达成共识的情况下, 不得开除任何外教。
Regional supervisor will be responsible for consulting with international the manager of International Department in coordinating work.
区域外事主管负责配合外事经理做好校区及城市间的协调工作。
