重庆招聘

a) Setting the overall HR strategy including employee recruitment, training, motivation and retention

b) Oversee, implement and monitoring all HR policies and procedures

c) Manage the recruitment process, including looking for candidates, interviewing candidates and making strategic recommendations for recruitment and organization development

d) Develop and implement employee training policies and procedures

e) Oversee all career development initiatives for employees, including performance reviews

f) Provide input and direction to senior management relating to HR issues such as recruitment, motivation, training, etc..

g) Handle all HR related issues such as government compliance, personnel issues

h) Ensure low employee turnover at the corporate and retail levels

i) Oversee all Administrative issues of the organization, maintenance and update of employment contracts of the HO and counters, swipe cards, cleanliness, upkeep of the office etc.

j) Social Security issues for staff in the corporate office as well as in the counters

k) Work with senior and retail managers to evaluate company hiring needs and make strategic recommendations

Interact with universities, headhunters and other recruitment avenues to find good candidates
