职位描述：
？ Job Responsibility:
*Fully engaged in the designing, planning, construction, and management of infrastructures pertaining to the medical FT workshop, offices, reception & showroom and conveniences (changing rooms, restrooms and canteen space)

*Responsible for the installation of all medical FT process equipment – in line with the approved workshop layout design

*Responsible for all utilities and services connection for the process equipment and set up of the necessary metering /monitoring of energy + water consumed at the site
*Management of contractors and personnel involved in the design, installation and decoration of the FT facility & lead the “authoriza
tion to proceed” process for contractors

*Full compliance with all EHS aspects & regulation during workshop build. Liaise with Morgan EHS specialist + local EHS regulatory agencies to ensure all requirements are met

*Design and implementation of all material handling devices and equipment to support material flow and transfer between process steps in conjunction with process engineers – Operations + Process

*Coordinate with FT PM and PEs to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted and ensure agreement on environmental and safety work plans for permitting.

*In charge of installation/connection of all IT & data transfer services and infrastructure (internet, phone lines etc.)

*Shared responsibility for site security and access management during construction phase

*Conduct regular work inspections to ensure integrity and quality of build delivered

*Maintain good logs, records and progress reports of construction activities, inventory and spend + Monitor progress to ensure scheduling milestones are understood and are being met

？ Requirements:
*Engineering degree (Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or associated discipline background) – Bachelors or Masters level

*Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Projects & MS PowerPoint.

*Able to read and interpret plan 2D/3D engineering drawings, building blue prints/plans and electrical drawings e.g. AutoCAD (required)

*Experience in a construction management role & ability to demonstrated knowledge of cost control, cost reporting and project schedule management;

*Demonstrated track record of multi-project coordination with projects in varying phases of completion;

*Knowledge of commissioning turnover systems

*Experience in the management and control of contractors

*Minimum of 8 years of construction experience in mechanical, civil and/or structural engineering disciplines

*Manual handling and lifting devices/equipment knowledge

* Good communication skills that focus on simplicity and clarity of presentation, both written and verbal (desired)
