职位描述：
To manage the equipment and systems associated with the IT Department. Assuring the optimum performance of the computer equipment and other equipment such as phones, building security devices, software, tools and computer software used in the daily management work as required.

? Basic support to users in installation, configuration, maintenance of hardware, microcomputer systems, networking and communications.
? Manage request of services TIC in the first level of support in plant in relation with the “
Information System Service Center” of the group.
? Responsible for the usage of the Business Process Models and of Gonvarri Group in the plant
? Organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
? Develop and works with suppliers of products and services.
? Proposes improvement opportunities in the processes and organizational structures.
? Analyzes, troubleshoots and schedules repair, maintenance, upgrades of existing computer and phone equipment.
? Works with all departments, administration of management reports.

Skills/Education/Experience:
技能/学历/工作经验：
● College degree Computer Science
● Knowledge of ERP/SAP, CISCO , ITIL/ISO 2000.
● Knowledge of microcomputer, operating systems and Microsoft databases, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
● Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills.
● Attention to details and accuracy.
● Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
● Handle confidential matters.
● Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Office, SAP.
