职位描述：
岗位职责：1、负责公司业务项目及前后端系统的设计和落地工作。

2、撰写项目文档，能够独立完成项目应用的功能、交互设计，UE、UI、业务流程等的设计规划；

3、负责项目用户体验优化、功能完善，提升易用性

4、负责管理来自用户和公司内部的业务需求，完成需求分析，并最终形成项目设计；

5、基于项目与业务需求，在项目端进行数据定义、设计埋点方案、推运技术开发上线；

6、基于数据，挖掘用户需求并支撑业务的发展；

7、制定数据项目运营策略，协调部门及业务方持续改善项目功能和使用体验，提高决策效率 举报 分享
