职位描述：
基本职能：
?负责计划，库存水平控制，采购订单处理
?管理供应商OTD。
?管理库存水平及仓库。

岗位职责：
1. 根据库存水平，物料周转情况，拟订和执行采购预测和采购订单，推动逾期采购订单。
2. 密切配合的客户服务工作，日常PO管理，及时确认订单交付。
3. 管理货物进口流程和空海运供应商。
4. 每月监控供应商OTD性能，推动供应商改善OTD和灵活性。
5. 管理仓库的效率和发货质量。
6. 改进采购的工作流程和标准，通过尽可能少的流通环节，减少库存的单位保存时间和额外收入的发生，以达到存货周转的目标；
7. 根据资金运作情况，材料堆放程度，结全旺季淡季趋势，合理进行预先采购。
8、向管理层提供采购报告。
9、完成领导交办的其它工作。

工作经历及技能要求：
?在贸易/制造业采购5年经验;
?MRP / ERP系统的经验。
?物料计划/预测处理好经验。
?良好的人际关系和领导能力，独立组织的任务和工作，项目计划的能力。自我激励，能够处理压力。
?阅读和写作能力，英文，有英语口语能力从优。
