职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司物流工作的正常开展，制定并完善物流制度及流程；
2、接听客户电话咨询，查询,并在系统中录入订单详细信息
审核客户资料，整理客户档案，做好电子补录；
3、根据当日订单情况调配车辆，并跟进货物装载；
4、及时回复运单号给客户；
5、做好与物流公司的货、单、物的交接，出现异常及时沟通解决，及时处理异常货物及相关理赔；
6、本月核对上月物流费用，并填制付款申请表上缴审批。
7、服从公司安排，完成上级交行的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，物流专业优先：
2、工作细心，熟练使用word、excel等工具；
3、1年以上物流或客服工作经验；
4、具备良好的沟通和团队管理能力，执行力强，较强的沟通协调能力，善于处理跨部门沟通事宜。
5、具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能，有很强的客服意识
6、具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析和解决问题能力，积极主动，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力。 举报 分享
