About the company:
This is a global leading company for safety products in the worlds, with Head office in Europe.

Main responsibilities:
? Lead the sourcing team on the development of sourcing strategy, including both direct and indirect materials sourcing and outsourcing products and suppliers sourcing
? Lead the price and contract negotiation with suppliers
? Conduct spending analysis to identify significant cost savings opportunities, drive cost down dramatically
? Engage in new supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance evaluation
? Responsible for managing supplier development and upgrading supplier base
? Manage strategic and key supplier relationship
? Team development

Main requirements:
? Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
? More than 10 years experience in sourcing in manufacturing industry with big volume
? Strong on cost reduction and supplier management
? Strong leadership skill
? Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
