Purpose，
Delivery the clinical strategic initiative of Roche brands to meet the needs of SRPL business. Take charge of complying with scientific support to the project management in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (GCPs) and Local regulation
Responsibilities:
1. Develop Regional KOL medical communication and management strategy to support overall brand strategy and medical key objectives.
2. Regional KOL management and support
3. Support clinical trial programs
4. Commercial support
5. Implementation of Roche SOP, GCP and local registration to ensure medical initiatives to comply to related SOP and regulations

Activity
Develop Regional KOL medical communication andmanagement strategy to support overall brand strategyand medical key objectives.
? Keep being knowledgeable in the specific disease area and drugs development through continuous self-learning
? Good understanding of brands and strategies in therapeutic areas
? Keep in communication with Central Medical Science Team; Well understand product life cycle management plan in short term and long term.
? Develop strategic regional medical communication and KOL management plan to support overall brand strategy and medical objectives within structure of therapeutic portfolio.
Regional KOL management and support
? Be responsible for medical communication with and the scientific information delivery to regional KOLs
? Respond to and document unsolicited requests for information on our marketed products and provide information on products in clinical development.
? Provide support and track the progress of publication
? Facilitate investigators interactions with Central Medical team
Support study programs
? As the primary point of contact for trial investigators and research personnel, effectively coordinate, and facilitate, studies ensuring timely review, initiation, completion of trials, and publications of study results.
? Identify, develop, maintain and build advocacy with potential investigators
? Provide input into site recommendations and provide educational presentations, upon request
Commercial support
? Provide internal clinical input and training to Commercial functions within regulatory guidelines
? Provide support for designing and delivering clinical presentations at regional Advisory Boards
Implementation of Roche SOP, GCP and local registration to ensure medical initiatives to comply to related SOP and regulations
? Implement Roche SOP, GCP and local regulations to ensure all medical initiatives in line with relevant SOPs and codes
? Complete SOPs learning to fulfill the responsibilities allocated in the work.
Requirements:
Qualifications
– Major in Clinical medicine (rheumatology or nephrology preferred)
– Master Degree or up (preferred)
Experience of
– 1-2 years working experience on Medical, sales & Marketing in Pharmaceutical company or medical doctor in hospital.

– have rheumatology or nephrology medical background
– Good clinical communication and information management skill
– Good understanding of business, commercialization and Marketing
– Good at operational excellence
– Fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill

Knowledge
– China Pharmaceutical Industry
– Clinical medicine, rheumatology nephrology
Competencies
– Good knowledge of assigned TA/disease Area (e.g. understand basic mechanisms of disease and associated symptoms, endpoints and treatment guideline, trends)
– Fundamental knowledge in drug development
– Good understanding of business, commercialization and Marketing
– Good at operational excellence
– Good clinical communication and information management skill
– Fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill

It will be preferred that the candidates
1. have rheumatology or nephrology medical background
2. Good communication skill
3. Master degree or above
