职位描述：
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，机械设计制造及自动化或机械电子工程等相关专业者优先
College degree and above, Mechanical design manufacturing and automation or Mechanical electronics engineering or related preferred
2. 熟悉掌握电子方面的知识，有电路气路相关方面的知识
Electronic knowledge, Circuit and gas circuit knowledge
3. 有5S，TPM， TOC， SMED等相关培训
5S, TPM, TOC, SMED training
4. 熟悉Crimping norm(VW60330)

岗位职责：
? 审核通过新工具和改进工具
Release tool when new/modified tool come
? 按照生产计划和PRT准备好工具
Prepare the tool as kit according with production plan & PRT
? 管理工具库存，确保库存清洁，整齐，完整
Manage the tool stock tidy, order, clean completely
? 维护工具管理数据库，为正常生产提供相应的工具
Maintain the tool database & make sure production has enough tools to produce.
? 在工具收集用完成后进行清洁和检查，如果需要，进行修理和替换
Clean/check the tool after utilization of production, if applicable, organize the repair work or replacement
? 和生产工程师和总部合作对工具进行修理和改进
Cooperation with Manufacturing Engineer to contact headquarter for improvement/modification on the tool
? 联系当地供应商按照图纸改进工具
Be responsible for contacting local supplier to improve/modify tool according with drawing
? 协助其它部门处理工具相关的问题和潜在问题
Support other department in case of any tool problem or potential problem
? 确保工具在生产上可以良好使用
Be responsible for good usage of tool in production
? 负责设计，修理和维护工具手推车
Be responsible for designing/repairing/maintaining the tool roller
? 优化/创建生产和工具的过程/程序
Optimize/create the process/procedure between production & tooling 举报 分享
