职位描述：
1、全面管理普拉拉啤酒屋的日常工作，满足业务和客户的需求，同时确保普拉拉啤酒屋的员工能遵守酒店的服务标准和工作程序。他/她工作职责是对餐饮部经理责任并要按照工作需求不定时上班，以确保业务和客户需求
The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of The Panlaner Brauhaus in order to meet business requirements and clients’ satisfaction while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.  He / she is scheduled to work on a different shift than the Outlets Manager as his / her job responsibilities are an extension of Food &Beverage Manager’s responsibilities to ensure continuity and maintenance of standards.

2、督导普拉拉啤酒屋的日常工作和服务，以确保各项政策，程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标   
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations.
 
3、协助和监督下属的工作，协助餐饮部经理完成日常工作计划的准备，以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务
Coordinate and supervise work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure there is an adequate number of staff on duty based on the forecast and submits for approval.

4、参加所有员工的甄选工作。激励员工使其发挥完美的工作表现，并在必要时对他们进行的绩效评估 
Participate at times in the selection of all reporting staff.  Motivates them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required and participates in the evaluation of their performance once a year.

5、完成酒店的预算及业主公司下达的任务。
Achieve hotel targeted budget and complete the tasks assigned by owning company. 举报 分享
