职位描述：
l Analysis and take actions on the machine break down of the blowing, finishing machine, assembly line ;
l Work with SMED team to shorten the change over time;
l Check the TPM 1&2 daily, which is done by production team;
l Implement 4M procedure ;
l Check TPM 1&2 daily on the air compressor& electrical room ;
l Implement TPM 3&4 level and record the actives and result;
l Assist to the process engineer to turn up the machine;
l Assist to install the new machine;
l Assist to supplier or TPM level 5;
l Quick responsible to break down of the production line, be in charge of MTBF, MTTR, Down time;


Personal Background
l At least 3 years working experiences in electricity, automatism and mechanic;
l Technical school diploma

Skills & Abilities
l Excellent communication skills
l Must be able to work in a team environment
l Capability of handling and managing multiple projects
l Self-motivated and able to work effectively alone or with very little supervision
l Knowledge of lock out / tag out procedure
l Excellent knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulics
l Great safety awareness
l Ability to work in a fast paced
