? Responsible contact for the customer about quality issues of warranty parts.
负责与客户关于售后件的质量问题的沟通
? Bring all customer complain regarding to the field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.
反馈售后的质量问题给工厂，并给客户快速的响应
? Organize problem resolving regarding to the quality issue of warranty parts.
组织分析售后件的质量问题
? Responsible provide the analysis result to the customer for warranty parts.
负责向客户提交售后件的质量问题分析结果
? Corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
纠正措施的响应并实施后续的确认
 ? Provide necessary technical support or training for customers.
必要时为客户提供相关技术，培训支持
? Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
对所有必需的跟踪措施进行沟通
? Support production line to continuous improvement process/product quality.
支持生产线过程和产品质量的不断改善
? Report regularly for the quality issue regarding to warranty.
定期汇报关于售后件的质量问题数据
? Familiarize the warranty procedure of customers and come up with the counterclaim schedule
了解客户售后索赔程序，并制定相应的售后索赔申诉的处理计划
? Detect new failure modes, new warranty trend and reoccurrence issue, and propose improvement opinion and follow up actions.
为控制工厂过程质量导入质量工具和方法,并监控执行效果
? Improve channels of communication between production and other departments with problem-solving and resolution.
改善生产部同其他部门关于问题解决的沟通方式
? Communicate with quality department regarding to the quality issue.
关于质量问题在质量部进行内部沟通
? Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by Quality Manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional)
