Main Responsibilities:
1.Ensure service level agreement at optimum cost and taking into account the current budget and procurement arrangements;
2.Realizing the availability of materials according to the demand and policy principles;
3.Realization of the order planning at optimal cost;
4.Preparation, implementation, execution and control of the company logistic and assembly plan;
5.Managing core competencies in the various departments; 6.Reporting to the Development Director and advise to the internal organization/Logistic management;
7.Establish logistics and assembly policy and budget, including operational plan and its implementation;
8.Management and development of the logistics related transportation demand;
9.Acquisition of materials, raw materials, components, transportation and services;

Experience and Competencies:
1.Bachelor's or Academic degree (position oriented);
2.Sufficient multiyear experience level in a similar position in China, preferably at a foreign company;
3.Good analytical, leadership and organizational skills;
4.Good people management skills;
5.Well-developed written and verbal skills in English;
6.Skilled in MS office & SAP.
