职位描述：
? Organize and follow up the accounting of the company for external and internal reporting
? Implement corporate financial rules and procedures and control their enforcement
? Relationships with Tax、statistical、financial institutions and co-operation with internal and external auditors
? Reviews financial impact of current and future operations
? Oversee budget forecasting, long-range plan development and implementation
? Responsible for operating reviews and identifying business process improvements
? Responsible to supervise and develop direct reports
? Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
? Provide support to other positions as needed
? Other duties as assigned


Personal Background
? Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance
? Experience in automotive financial management preferred
? At least 3 year senior level financial position
? Chinese language and verbal and written communication skills in English

Skills & Abilities
? Experience in accounting, costing, pricing, and financial reporting.
? Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office
? Must have leadership & organization skills
? Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
