职位描述：
This role will focus on helping supervisor to create inspiring content and designing campaigns – to build a social community of followers that gets excited about destination travel. The perfect candidate will show strong execution in working with a team, seek new creative ways to enhance travel focused content across our tourism accounts.

RESPONSIBILITY. 工作职责.

· Create exciting content for Tourism destinations, attractions, travel operators and other tourism, on their official Chinese presences/websites 在官方网站/媒体上为旅行目的地、旅游景点、旅行线路撰写更有趣更具创意的内容
· Manage Tourism social media accounts to build and engage followers 运营管理旅游类社交媒体账号，建立与粉丝的互动：
· Maintain branding and visual guidelines 严格按照品牌调性与视觉指南进行推广
· Content planning/strategy and publishing (shortform and longform) 完成品牌内容的策略与发布
· Creative input and execution for campaigns 完成营销活动前期的创意与后期的执行工作
· Highly engaged in creative and planning session 积极参与创意与策略工作
· Takes initiative in kickstarting projects and campaigns and willing to try new things 积极参与品牌的推广活动与项目并愿意尝试新 鲜事物
· Actively share learnings and insights to the tourism and management team 积极与旅游组和管理团队分享所学的经验与见解
· Track and report on all social metrics 跟踪与汇报各社交平台的动向
· Assist the management team in providing reporting and recommendations to clients 向管理团队提供数据报告与改进建议
· Strong understanding of Chinese digital and social trends, especially trends on Sina Weibo and WeChat 对于中国社交媒体与主流热门趋势有很强的理解，尤其是在微博与微信平台上
· Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors while maintaining accountability and ownership of your own accounts 在运营所负责的品牌账号时与团队核心成员、客户和供应商保持积极的沟通与合作
· Passionate about travel, curious mindset to try new things and learn more 对于旅行充满热情，愿意尝试新鲜事物，对这个世界保持好奇

SKILLS. 职位要求.

· Creative mindset with marketing sense and “out of the box “ thinking 拥有创造性的市场触觉与摆脱常规的思维方式
· University majors in communication / languages / journalism or related discipline 通信/语言/新闻或相关专业
· True team player who values and believes in effectiveness and efficiency 能成为重视并注重效率与质量的团队成员
· Good command of spoken Mandarin Chinese and English 熟练的中英文口语能力
· Excellent command in Mandarin Chinese writing 优秀的中文写作水平
· Good interpersonal and communications skills 良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
· Must be proactive, independent, responsible and detail-oriented 积极、独立、负责、注重细节

· High quality content and deliverables to client accounts on time and in full
· 按时完成符合客户品牌调性的内容
· Measurable improvement and social media metrics on accounts managed
