Position: BD Director
Location: Shanghai, BeiJing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for industry focused training program and other training & consulting programs’ business development and revenue stream;
Think strategically, involved in company’s business strategy development along the way;
Select, develop and evaluate company’s sales people with professional processes and structure; coach junior team members;
Build and manage relations both with present customers and new potential customers;
Expand the sales to present customers and in present segments as well as develop sales with new customers and within new segments;
Responsible for managing pricing and quotations;

Key Requirements:
A quick learner, can quickly grasp the essetial selling points of company’s products
Good business accumen, can quickly understand clients’ business and needs
Previous training or consulting firm’s sales experience, good track record
Experience in training, consulting or customer services is preferred
Possesses a resource and business network in a particular industry is preferred;
Experience in managing a sales team.
Self-motivated & result oriented
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
