工作描述
收集竞争对手产品的功能、性能信息，分析比较本公司产品的优缺点，提出比较报告；
熟悉本公司数据产品，熟练使用所需的工具软件，精通本公司的数据产品规格；
解答RFQ;协助客户路测；协助加密插件的准备和解释工作；
新版本数据产品的发布信息，产品PPT素材准备；
跟踪客户DUR,收集客户需求，提出产品改善建议
任职资格
GIS或相关专业本科以上学历。
至少精通一门外语；有驾照；
有1年以上从事技术支持服务经验，有产品开发相关经验者优先考虑。
熟练使用GIS桌面平台
掌握数据库只是并熟练使用SQL语言
掌握一定的沟通技巧
有很强的工作责任心和独立解决问题能力

Job Detail
Collecting the competitor product information, analyze and report the strength and weakness in term of features and performance of our products.
Be familiar with the product data and the software tools needed for data processing, familiar with all product specification
Reply to RFQ, Assist the customer in road testing and prepare the encryption plug-in and explanation.
Responsible for releasing the new product data, prepare new product introduction materials.
tracking customer DUR, collecting customer requirements and propose enhancements to products
Job Qualification
Related GIS background Bachelor degree or higher
Be fluent in at least one foreign language, having drive’s license will be a plus
Having more than one years technical support experience, having product development experience will be a plus
Familiar with using GIS software
Familiar with database and SQL language
Strong communication skills
Has strong sense of responsibility and able to resolve problem independently 举报 分享
