Mission
- To manage both direct and indirect selling activities of generator business to achieve targets of the assigned geographical territory.
Major responsibilities
- To develop and support specialized indirect sales channels
- To develop prospective customers for necessary direct sales revenue
- To target on-site generator market segments in coordination with Business Development Manager and marketing
- To follow up all sales relevant steps (proposal, contract, order, invoice and payment)
- To make correct and effective use of sales tools
- To comply with company business rules
- To plan and organize sales activities effectively and report to Business Development Manager weekly and monthly
- Seek for synergy business opportunities and keep intimate cooperation with other divisions or even business areas in a constructive way
- To monitor movements and performance of competition and deepen understanding of competitive landscape in assigned territory
- To have more and more focus on the emerging generator rental market
- To track customer calls and provide reports accordingly
- To promote “Predictable Power” core values at customer and distributor sides by continuous training
- To build rapport with local after service team and increase customer satisfaction
Candidate profile
Education
- College degree or above with a major in mechanical engineering or others related
Experience:
- More than 2 year experience on generator sales position
- Premium brand selling experience is preferred
Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of diesel generators and generator market
- Good command of English in reading & writing
- Good computer skills
Personality
- Ambitious personality with excellent commercial and negotiating skills
- Proactive and target-driven and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and change
- Self-disciplined with good team spirit
- Strategic thinking
