Mission:
To provide best marketing investigation, analysis, planning for sales team in China to achieve maximum customer value and ambitious growth.
Major responsibilities:
Implementation of divisional product marketing activities
- To research customer demand , competition and market trend for specified products
- Base on the market investigation and analysis, you should complete product portfolio continuously through professional proposal.
- Make marketing plan for specified products and it should including product positioning, pricing and promotion plan.
- To support management team for key account management.
- To keep contact with headquarters and different factories and keep good communication between inside and outside customers.
Co-ordination with sales force
- Implementation of marketing plan to improve sales efficiency and results.
- Providing intensive training of product and application knowledge to sales team and dealers for responsible products in China.
- Implementation of sales & marketing promotions for pumps in China.
- To support sales team, dealers and customers in the respect of technical enquiries and help them to resolve technical problems.
- To prepare all technical materials such as sales brochures, leaflets, presentation, technical quotation, etc.
- To help salesmen to complete technical bidding documents and technical clarification for tenders.
- To collect marketing information and product performance information as required.
Job Requirement:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or other related.
- More than 5 years’ experience in technology, marketing or sales job in self priming pump/inner gear pump/submersible pump industries.
- Very good English in both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Good leadership on marketing/product management will be plus.
- Willing to travel.
- The job is based in Shanghai.
