职位描述：
-The main missions of the role are:

1．Make sure all the equipment in the factory are available for mass production
确保所有设备的有效性
2．Routine maintenance and checking of machines for injection, blow moulding, compressure moulding machines etc. and facility equipment
注塑设备、吹塑设备、模压设备、非标设备等，及厂务设备日常的维修
3．Preventative maintenance planning, implementation, and appropriate records are kept
预防性维护计划，实施，记录管理
4．Training for production staff
生产设备培训
5．Assist new project &non-stand equipment design for process plan Department for technical support, try out, follow up improvement, transfer and verification
负责对工艺策划部门进行新项目非标设备设计的技术支持、试运行，跟踪改善情况，负责非标设备的内部交接转移与验证
6．Monitor safety of equipment in workshop and check safety protection devices of equipment daily
监控车间设备运行的安全状态，每天检查设备的安全防护装置
7．Monitor the daily maintenance status and problem analysis
监控每天的设备日常维修、保养状态和设备故障分析
8．Monitor the spare parts stock and consumption
监控备品备件的库存和消耗状态
9．Establish the equipment list and maintenance plan
建立设备清单和维护保养计划
10．Monitor the daily equipment downtime trend and provide corrective actions
监控日常设备故障停机时间趋势，并提供预防措施
11．Monitor the maintenance plan and execution status
监控维护计划和执行的状态
12．Other works required from superiors

1.Machine, equipment & device emergency repair
设施设备紧急维修
-Resolve emergency repair for company inner fire fighting system, air compressor, water system, cranes, switch board room, central air condition and plant building etc.
协调相关人员公司内部消防系统，空压机，水系统，行车，配电房，电梯，中央空调，厂房建筑的紧急维修
-Statistic fault analysis, and make improvement plan
每月统计故障分析，并作改善计划
2.Machine, equipment & device maintenance
设施设备维护
-Air compressor, switch board room, cooling water system daily inspection
空压机，配电房，冷却水系统，日常点检
-Air compressor, switch board room, cooling water system, crane, company inner fire fighting system, central air condition scheduled maintenance etc.
空压机，配电房，冷却水系统，行车，公司内部消防系统，中央空调定期保养
3.Special machine & equipment management
特种设备的管理
-Guarantee available certificates, papers and documents of special machine & equipment
确保特种设备的各种证件资料齐全
-Change certificates at regular annual inspection base on national requirement
根据国家要求定期年检换证安排实施
4.Contracted supplies management
承包供应商管理
-Choice for special machine & equipment maintenance supplier
特种设备的维护供应商选择
-Arrangement for maintenance suppliers entrance to the plant and follow up
供应商入厂维护安排及跟踪确认
5.Company inner fire fighting management
公司内部消防管理
-Scheduled company inner fire fighting inspection and implement
定期消防检查实施
-Coordinate with national fire fighting department at scheduled inspection and communication
-配合国家消防单位的检查与沟通
6.New machine and engineering equipment etc. installment and building
新设备和工程的安装及建设
-Assist leaders or colleagues to implements of new machines and engineering equipment
协助上级完成新设备和工程的实施
-Check and accept for finished projects
对完工的项目进行验收
7.Management of tap water, natural gas and electrical charge
自来水，天然气，电费的管理
-Regularly statistic and record of water, gas and electric usage
定期确认水电气的用量及统计
-Regularly check the electric usage preparation with electric power supply bereau
定期去供电局充电量

-Basic requirement:

-Mechanical and electrical engineering background
机电一体化专业
-More than 8 years maintenance working experiences in molding field.
8年以上注塑行业设备维护工作经验.
-Good analysis and trouble resolution skills
良好的问题解决能力
-Good knowledge of injection machine structure and system control.
了解注塑机的机械结构和控制系统.
- At least 5 years of preventive maintenance management experiences.
至少5年以上的预防性维护保养经验.
-At least junior college and above.
