The main missions of the role are:
HR Management人力资源管理:
1.Assit the Manager to formulate and perform Human Resources Management system, work flow and business forms; formulate and implement human resources aim, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communication; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
协助上级建立健全人力资源管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,制定实施人力资源目标、计划及预算,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、业绩管理、员工沟通等,确保有效支持公司目标的实现;
2.In charge of the formulation and promotion of HR policies among employees; assist the Manager to deal with labor relations, community relations, employee communication and the coordination, communication with related government departments; monitor the implementation of related company’s HR policies, ensure the company’s daily operation to fit with related policies and law of the Chinese Governments;
负责执行并向员工宣传公司相关人事政策,配合上级处理劳资关系、社区关系、员工交流以及与政府相关部门的协调和沟通;对公司人事管理实施监督、确保公司的日常运作等符合中国政府相关政策和法律;
3.In charge of daily recruitment, ensuring to provide high-quality human resources for the company’s development, maintaining recruitment channels, publishing recruitment needs, collecting resumes, making interview arrangement and attending initial interview, replying interviews, establishing reserve talent database;
负责日常招聘,确保为公司发展不断提供高质量人力资源;执行公司招聘渠道维护、招聘需求信息发布、简历收集、面试预约和参与初试、面试回复等,建立后备人才信息库;
4.In charge of personnel management works, including staffing, transfer, dismissal, leaving and other procedures settlement. Implementation labor contract signing, renewal and discharge. Insure personnel work is in accordance with national laws and regulations, is rigorous and in order,the data is authentic and accurate;
负责组织人事管理工作,包括员工入职、调动、解聘、离职等手续办理,执行劳动合同的签订、续订与解除工作,确保人事工作严格依照国家法律、法规进行,严谨有序、数据真实准确;
5.In charge of the performance assessment, Including the probation period appraisal, job transfer probation appraisal, monthly performance appraisal, annual performance appraisal and annual excellent employee selection, etc. Assist the Manager to explore potential employee, formulate and supervise personal development plan and successor development plan;
组织完成绩效评估,包括试用期评估、试岗期评估、月度绩效评估、年度绩效评估、年度优秀员工评选等。同时协助上级发掘高潜质员工,制定并监督执行相应个人发展计划及继任者计划;
6.In charge of the implementation of the procedures and policies of the company's compensation and benefits, such as attendance report, the calculation and distribution of salary and bonus, the payment of the income tax, the distribution and confirmation of the payroll slip ; in charge of the management of social insurance and housing fund, employee insurance (accident insurance) and physical examination matters. Inductrial injury matters and Birth insurance reimbursement; Ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the social insurance and housing fund on the basis of related national regulations; Maintain a good relationship of related Government Administrative Departments;
负责执行公司薪酬福利流程及政策,如考勤处理、工资及奖金的计算、发放、所得税缴纳,工资条的发放与确认等;负责管理员工社会保险、住房公积金、员工商业保险(意外伤害险)、员工体检、工伤事宜、生育报销等事宜,严格执行国家有关规定,确保社保及住房公积金相关信息的准确性、及时性;并与相关政府管理部门保持良好关系;
7.Work as the HR system administrator, responsible for the proper functioning of the HR system.
担任HR系统管理员角色,负责整个系统的正常运作;
8.Establish and perform personnel file management system, complement company personnel file, fill in and analyze various types of personnel statistical reports;
建立健全公司人事文件管理体系,完善公司员工档案信息,填制和分析各类人事统计报表;
9.In accordance with the company’s human resource management needs, apply for related employment procedures and certificates from the government and be in charge of the review, annual inspection and custody of these certificates;
负责根据公司人力资源管理需要,承担向政府管理部门申请相关劳动用工手续及证照,并执行其复核、年检与保管;
10.In charge of formulation and implementation of Annual Training Plan including implementation of training needs survey and analysis, development, evaluation and management of training resources both internal and external, survey before the training, curriculum design, training program implementation, training feedback and assessment, training effects follow-up, training report, ensure training effects;
负责制定并组织落实年度培训计划,包括培训需求调查及分析、内部及外部培训资源的开发与管理、培训前调研、课程设计、培训实施、培训反馈及评估、培训后跟踪、培训报告等,确保培训效果;
11.In charge of implementation of new employee Orientation training, OJT, Special position training, “Training Contract Management“policy, etc.; responsible for the daily statistical work of training, maintaining training document system, report the training conditions to the manager regularly, monitor the training target fulfilling.
负责执行新员工入职培训、在岗培训、特岗培训、执行《培训合同管理》规定等;负责公司日常培训统计工作,维护培训文件管理体系,定期向上级汇报培训状况,监控各项培训指标的完成情况;
12.In charge of the coordination when the requirement from internal/extenal audit;
负责内审、外审的配合工作;
13.In charge of organizing, coordinating the company-level meeting, round-table meeting, annual meeting; organizing and plan-ing various kinds of employee activities, such as birthday party and employee travelling;
负责组织、协调公司层面会议、圆桌会议、年会,组织策划员工生日会、员工旅游等各类员工活动;
14.Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Admin Management行政管理:
1.Assist the Manager to formulate , perfect and perform Administrative Regualtions, work flows, business forms.
协助上级建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,并贯彻执行;
2.In charge of the plan of admin cost, control and monitor office cost, fulfill the administrative cost report.
负责办公费用的计划、办公成本的控制及监督、行政费用的报销、统计及报表;
3.Implement the company’s administrative work, assis the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with Administrative’s relationship.
执行公司行政外联工作,协助上级建立、维护好行政管理机构的行政关系;
4.In charge of plant planning, the management of plant environment and greening managment;
负责工厂规划及办公环境管理及绿化维护管理;
5.In charge of the management of company car、shuttle bus and company rental business car. In charge of daily arrangement、maintenance、annual inspection、insurance purchasing、accident dealing、gasoline management、cleaning arrangement、equipment maintenance、driver management; In charge of daily arangement、cleaning arrangement 、driver management and the expense settlement of the shuttle bus; In charge of renting the business car according company needs and finishing the expense settlement.
负责公司自有车辆、交通车以及公司商务租车管理。负责公司自有车辆日常派车、车辆维护保养、车辆年检、车辆保险、车辆事故、车辆用油、车辆清洁、车辆设备管理、司机管理;负责交通车日常派车,车辆清洁监督、司机管理及车辆租赁费用结算;负责根据公司需要完成商务租车并完成相应费用结算;
6.In charge of the housekeeping management and dealing with the relevant service fees.
负责对保洁员及保安员的管理、培训及业绩的考核;负责保洁服务费用及保安服务费用的结算;
7.In charge of the management and report of the staff canteen, staff meal and staff meal card.
负责员工食堂、员工餐及员工餐卡管理;负责处理员工餐报表及费用结算;
8.In charge of Key/Uniform/Stationery/Drink water/Company Magazine/Postage management, management, maintenance administration fixed assets and administration storage. In charge of adminstration fixed assets and storage report.
负责工厂钥匙/工装/办公用品/饮用水/公司杂志/快递等管理,管理、维护和保养行政部门的固定资产,负责行政库房的管理;负责行政管理固定资产及库房等的统计及报表;
9.Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room.
协调和监管接待区和会议室的行政活动。
10.Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
-Bachelor Degree, Major in HR management or business administration.
大学本科,人力资源管理或管理类专业
-Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
-Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
-Good interpersonal communication skills.
