Job Summary
As part of the Personnel Administration team in the HR Business Service Center (BSC) Asia Pacific, you perform all Personnel Administration processes according to rules and guidelines within IKEA and in line with global processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain the master data of IKEA co-workers including all job changes, status changes, transfers, and other data changes in the SAP HR system
- Produce corresponding documents according to service level agreements
- Provide support to all employees and managers in all Personnel Administration related topics as first line of contact
Key competencies:
-Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines
-Ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization
-Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office
-Very good English language skills (oral and written)
Education:
-Major in Human Resources or equivalent field of study, will graduate in 2013.
-Can work 3-4 days/week
